coconut oil and olive oil hair treatment

Ok 1st I looked up homemade hot oil  treatments on Pintrest
and I  came acrossed a few
BUT
I didnt have but a few ingredients
SOOO
I added a few tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (Pompeian)
and
100% coconut oil
in a lil bowl
and then I heated for 20 seconds in the microwave...
I then massaged it into my DRY, suppppperrr DRY hair
left it in while I was taking a long shower 15 mins or so.. because of the hot mist.
..I don't have a heat bubble thing for my head sooo I figured it would work
I then washed and conditioned...
and combed while wet...
Now I twisted my hair, high on top of my head...
wrapped a bandana around my head and went to sleep
Yes that is our new addition rat David

When I woke up I untwisted my hair and
this is what it looked like no products or brushing..
I revived it so much that the new little hairs were curly too.

UPDATE: this is after some products and makeup lol
And this is before bed

Chicken alfredo cassorole

So I tried this new Alfredo recipe on the same night we were heading to a wedding and had to bring something.......
So I thought well throw some chicken in it and crescent rolls on top and I got a casserole... the kids ended eating it before I could get a pretty picture.. it was delicious...

(if you want chicken cook that 1st. Dice it and boil is what I did)
(Boil noodles of choice and while making Alfredo)
PREHEAT OVEN to temp of crescent rolls

Here is the recipe:

  1. Melt butter in pan over medium heat, add cream cheese and a dash of garlic powder.
  2. Stir until smooth then add milk while still stirring
  3. stir in cheese and pepper
  4. taste.. does it need more pepper or garlic.
  5. take off heat
  6. drain noodles and add them to Alfredo sauce
  7. add your chicken if you made some
  8. Spray a pan with cooking spray
  9. add the mix to the pan
  10. undo the crescent roll package and on roll the rolls place on top like a pie
